Terms of Use
How the VanSpark website, shop and Brain Challenge may be used.
Last updated: 26 August 20261. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the VanSpark website, its content, its shop and its Brain Challenge service ("the Service"). By browsing the site, creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Who May Use VanSpark
Accounts and purchases are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to register or buy. Children may enjoy VanSpark activities and challenges only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who owns the account and remains responsible for its use.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details (including your PIN) confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the Service.
4. Digital Products and Licence
Digital PDF worksheets are supplied under a personal, non-transferable licence for use within your own household: you may download them to your own devices and print copies for your own children. You may not resell, republish, share publicly, upload to other platforms, or use VanSpark materials commercially (including in schools, tuition classes or clubs) without our prior written permission.
5. Brain Challenge Subscription
The Brain Challenge is a daily puzzle service offered per age group. Selected challenges may be available free; full access requires a paid monthly plan. Prices, billing frequency and what is included are stated at the point of purchase. Access lasts for the paid period; see the Refund Policy for cancellation details. We may refresh, replace or retire individual puzzles as part of running the service.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms successful payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on VanSpark — worksheets, puzzles, questions, text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to VanSpark and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the household licence in section 4, no rights are granted to you.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; scrape, copy or mass-download content; share paid content with people outside your household; upload malicious code; or use the Service in any unlawful way. We may withdraw access where these rules are broken.
9. Educational Content, Not Professional Advice
VanSpark provides general educational activity ideas for families. Content is not medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional educational advice, and no specific developmental outcome is promised. Parents should adapt activities to their own child and supervise hands-on play. See the Disclaimer.
10. Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service or close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (licences and restrictions, liability limits, governing law) survive termination.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. Questions about these terms? Reach us via the Contact page.
