What VanSpark activities are, and what they are not.
Last updated: 26 August 20261. Educational Ideas, Not Professional Advice
VanSpark shares general educational activity ideas, printable worksheets and puzzles for families. Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, therapeutic, diagnostic or professional educational advice, and nothing here replaces the judgement of qualified professionals. If you have concerns about your child's development, learning or health, please consult a qualified practitioner.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every child is different. Our activities are designed around widely recognised developmental themes — memory, concentration, logic, creativity — but we make no promises about specific results, milestones, marks or outcomes. Progress depends on many factors unique to each child and family.
3. Parental Supervision Required
VanSpark activities are meant to be done together, parent and child. Some activities involve everyday materials such as scissors, beads, buttons, coins or other small objects that can be a choking hazard for young children. A responsible adult must supervise all hands-on activities, choose materials appropriate to their child's age, and adapt or skip any step that is not safe or comfortable for their child. You are responsible for your child's safety while using any idea from this site.
4. Independent Initiative
VanSpark is an independent, family-run educational initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any school board, examination body, tuition chain, coaching institute or government agency.
5. Accuracy and Availability
We work hard to keep content accurate and the site available, but we provide both "as is". We may change, update or remove content at any time without notice, and we are not liable for interruptions, errors or omissions.
6. External Links
Where the site links to external services (for example our payment provider or social profiles), those services have their own terms and policies which we do not control and are not responsible for.
7. Questions
If anything in this disclaimer is unclear, ask us via the Contact page — we are happy to explain.
