About this kit
Threading laces through chunky wooden shapes, then adding beads along the way, is one of the simplest ways to build the small-hand strength and concentration that later shows up in handwriting and buttoning a shirt.
Start with the big holes and short laces for a first attempt, then move on to the beads once lacing itself feels easy. A parent activity card is included with a few ways to vary the game as your child gets better at it.
